About Our Founder: Bobby Varghese

I have a curious and entrepreneurial mind and like to be involved in different things.

I am prior service United States Air Force and was stationed in Ramstein AB, Germany. I lived and worked in Germany and the UK before I moved back to the U.S.

I started a short-term rental in 2017 and turned it into a business where my team and I perfected the business travel experience.

The smart home and rental automation we created for this rental property led to the creation of our property access management platform, Jervis Systems^®.

With Jervis Systems®, we help property managers and real estate agents streamline access to their properties for their clients, guests, family, and friends.
